Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit official quotations to overseas agents/partners.
Request and analyze import rates, Ex-Works (EXW) costs, and Door-to-Door delivery charges from overseas agents.
Track and manage shipping and delivery documents, including Statements of Account (SOA), with overseas partners.
Coordinate closely with overseas agents to monitor and facilitate smooth cargo transport and logistics operations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas agents and proactively expand business opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, aged 25–30 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Sales, Sales Coordinator, or Customer Service (CS) within the Freight Forwarding industry.
Proficiency in English, especially in spoken communication and professional email correspondence.
Highly responsible, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
